Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the Gynovia Pregnancy Passport app (“the app”), provided by Gynovia. By creating a passport, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.

1. What the app is for

The app helps you organize and keep track of your pregnancy: your dates, prenatal visits, laboratory and ultrasound records, questions for your doctor, and general guidance for each week.

2. The app does not give medical advice

  • The app does not interpret, diagnose or treat any illness or condition, and it does not read or judge your results.
  • The weekly guides and tips are general information only. Every pregnancy is different.
  • The app does not replace your obstetrician or any healthcare provider. Always follow their advice.
  • Never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read or entered in the app.

3. In an emergency

If you have bleeding, leaking fluid, strong or regular contractions, severe pain, your baby moving much less than usual, or you feel something is wrong, contact your OB right away or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for, or rely on, the app.

4. Your information and uploads

  • You are responsible for the information, photos and files you enter or upload, and for keeping them accurate.
  • Only upload records that are yours, or that you have the right to share.
  • By using the app, you agree that we store and process what you add, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

5. Your account

  • Each Passport code can be used once, for one person.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not misuse the app, try to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with how it works.

6. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the app available and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Gynovia is not liable for any decision or outcome based on the app’s content, or for any loss caused by information you entered being incomplete or wrong.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
